Are you asking how to upload saves to ps3savegame.com ?

You'll have to login and then go to Upload Save in the menu at the left (you'll see it when you log in). Then fill out the form. If you're unsecure what to fill out, read the questions mark at each field. It shouldn't be difficult at all. What might be the tricky part, is saving the game save to a usb stick. You can also use an external harddisk drive. Zip the save folder and upload it as described in the introduction of this reply.

Nevermind im a retard. i got it.

My mistake

1. Download the Save Game zipped file 
2. Unzip to a USB drive or external harddisk drive using this path in front of the unzipped folder: PS3\SAVEDATA\
3. Once you plug it in to the PS3, go to XMB\GAMES\Saved Data Utility (not Game Data Utility). Where XMB is the PS3 cross media bar or in plain text the menu system. 

Once you select Saved Data Utility, it should show your USB drive as one of the selections. When you select that, your saved game icons should automatically open up. Select the game save you want to transfer, then hit Triangle. The panel will have Copy as one of the options. When you select that, it will automatically copy the game save to the PS3 hard drive.

Okay, on a mac, one creates a PS3 folder, and then a SAVEDATA folder, and places the BCU etc. file THERE.
